Thank you for considering our brand ambassador program! Since we don’t know every one of our ambassadors personally, we’ve created some terms to set everybody’s expectations.
When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Bakers World.
When we say “Services”, we mean any product created and maintained by the Company.
These terms may be updated at any time in the future. We will update you via email.
Please read this document in its entirety before accepting to become a brand ambassador of the Company.
Terms and Conditions of Brand Ambassador Agreement – Bakers World
As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree with the following:
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
- I will promote and market company products to customers.
- Receive sample/test/wear/model/experience and write about products on social networks (blogs, posts, pictures, videos, etc.).
- Share brand message on social networks
- Receive new products and sample them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.
- Share content using our brand tag: @bakersworldlondon
- I will receive free products for my images and videos used for social media, email marketing or website content. There is no cash value on this product if it is used or unused. When given the product, Bakers World will own the right to use the images or videos for use how they see fit.
- I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks unless discussed ahead of time.
- I will receive a 40% discount on any Bakers World products when placing an order using my exclusive Brand Ambassador promotion code that was sent to me.
- If orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account. No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
- I will not share my Brand Ambassador promotion code with anyone else unless I have gained explicit consent from the Bakers World Marketing Team.
- I will not sell company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
- I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
- I will promote Bakers World products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
- I will post as often as I would like on my social media accounts and tag @bakersworldlondon in each post that relates to Bakers World or has Bakers World products in the image. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Bakers World.
- I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any other future opportunities and all promotional codes effective immediately.
- If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, any photos sent to Bakers World will remain in their database to use as they see fit.
- I must be an active Brand Ambassador to remain in the program. Active pertains to posting content at least once a week.
- I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
- I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website.
Bakers World (Company) understands and agrees:
- Company will give the Brand Ambassador a 10% Off exclusive promotional code to use for products purchased on www.bakersworld.co.uk
- Company will not cancel any order submission or add promotional codes if an order was submitted without a Brand Ambassador promotion code.
- Company may provide additional free products or compensation to Brand Ambassadors at its’ discretion.
- If the Company terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days of written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
- The Company will retain the rights to use any photos, images or video send to us or tagged in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
General:
- This agreement is subject to acceptance by the Company and Brand Ambassador and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.
- Bakers World may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
- The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as company employees for any reason.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ambassador content:
The ambassador grants the Company a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use the content the ambassador creates to promote the Company’s services, in any manner, in whole or in part, in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, advertising, publications, marketing material, or any other form of media.
The company content:
The company grants the ambassador a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Company's name, logo, slogans, promo codes, likeness, and other advertising material solely for the purpose of this ambassador agreement. The company retains all rights to their content.
